The service professional was unprofessional
Unfortunately, my experience with Showcase Honda didn't go as well as I hoped. I made an appointment to see an used Mustang. When I arrived, they couldn't find the car. When they did find it, it hadn't even been cleaned. The interior was filled with trash. The exterior was so filthy you could hardly tell that the car was orange. I felt as though I wasn't important to them. So, I left and never went back. I contacted the GM and explained my experience and never heard back from him. I bought a car from a different dealer.
I was just checking on a car. They wouldnt stop emailing me.
Arrived late in the day (5pm) and asked if the could still do an oil change, said yes but might not be able to wash car. Finished at 6:20, and said the car had been washed. Bill was $60.00 for an oil change, car was not washed, and sticker in car was from previous oil change. Two things, they should have said it was too late, and they should have told me the price upfront .
Service price higher than others

honda is 28 miles away from our home. when we got home the oil is leaking.
After comparing prices between this dealership and another ones this one has a really high price for the same service in a different location for my alternator they tried to charge me $1108 and I pay $650 at other dealership
It took over 2 hrs to figure out I had a bad battery. Then, because they were almost closed, they recomended I go somewhere else to replace it because it would take them a good 30 mins to an hour to get the battery they needed. It was a waste of time. At the same visit, they insisted my brakes were practically new and wouldnt need any work for over a year. They are now squeaking. Obviously Ill be going elsewhere for any issues with my car.
