We walked in today and immediately were snubbed, waitress had a sneer on her face the entire time she took our order. My instinct was to get up and leave but decided maybe I was misreading the situation, but boy was I wrong. Another, shall I say, same race as us, waitresses brought our food out and dropped it off, plopped it down on our table and went her merry way, delivering pick up orders. When you ask the waitress if the crab cakes are good and she goes “....um.... they’re decent” just leave right then and there 😂 food not even in the same realm of other local restaurants in the area. Also got a daiquiri and it was all syrup, disgusting. Worst place we’ve ate on our trip by far.
After waiting for the delivery for nearly 2 hours, they canceled our order at 9. Now nothing is open.
It took forever to get our food plus it was so cold that we had to get blankets from our car
It was our first time here and our server was very disinterested in giving us good customer service. I am also a server and understand that things happen, but never in my life have I not wanted to tip until today. When we finished our food, our waitress comes up and says, “done?” Very dry conversation the whole time. Monotoned. No expression at all! I could not finish my steamed shrimp because the shell was infused into the shrimp. The corn on the cob and potatoes just tasted like water as well

Slow service, food cold and manager unconcerned about customer satisfaction. I paid for food and drinks ordered but didn’t eat any of it because I didn’t want them to think I wanted something for free 😡. #disgusted

We sat for 45 minutes and barely got 1/2 of our party’s appetizers. Meanwhile, tables after us were getting their dinners, 4-5 tables around us while we sat with no food. Frustrated and hungry, we paid for the appetizers that we did get and beverages, then got up and left. No apologies or reason as to why 45-50 minutes went by and we didn’t get our meals. So disappointing.
waiter wasn’t amazing. food was over cooked. great prices for the portion, though!
