we love shrimp basket gulf shores but we went to the one in orange beach today and never even got a menu, and at least 4 different servers walk by..no acknowledgement..
Excellent food, excellent waitstaff, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT/KITCHEN STAFF. We came in with a party of 8 plus a baby. There were very few tables inside/outside. We placed our order and waited waited waited waited. We were told several times that “the food will be right out” or “they’re traying it up right now”. At least an hour later we finally receive our food, and go figure, two meals were missing. It took another 20 minutes (at least) for their food to come. I’m not sure if it was an “off night” but the food was awful and it took so long to get it and we didn’t even receive everything that we ordered. We were vacationing and this restaurant was recommended but it was honestly the worst food and slowest service we had during our whole trip. I will say that our waitress was very friendly but un-apologetic for forgetting part of our order and slow food delivery time.

More of a chain type food place. Typical fried seafood. Fast service, good tea, and clean
The food was amazing but let me tell you about the service we had on the patio... I’m not sure if he was EXTREMELY overwhelmed, wanting off due to a Friday night, or on some sort of drug, but he awful. Over priced food was good
I had coconut shrimp with onion rings ... My order came out wrong got it fixed ate my food and got sick within 30 min.... Won't be returning.
Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Terrible waiter, horrible experience. One star for the Coke, which was delicious.
