Went around 2PM and it took around 45 minutes to get food. Ordered Smoked Tuna Dip to go and when we got back to the camper the waitress had given me Bang Bang Shrimp instead! Geez!

We love shrimp basket in gulf shores! We decided to try this one in orange beach, our popcorn shrimp was cool so hard it was very chewy and not good at all. We will not go back to shrimp basket orange beach

Greasy onion rings, over cooked shrimp, no red potatoes with our order, they’re in the steamer, almost done eating, it’s going to be another 20 minutes, would you like something else!
not the best. food was ok. service ok
service was slow, waiting an hour for our food and they weren't even busy yet. Portions ware small, didn't match up with the pictures on the menu. Taste was good but portions were not.
Disappointing...rice was mushy and they forgot to bring all our food out. fries came out when we were almost done eating. Corn on the cob was completely water logged. Mermaid drink is gross and way too strong. The food was way better last year when we were there.
Didn’t get our take out order correct! Left out a whole meal! Didn’t give us hush puppies & corn nuggets that should’ve been included. We called several times & was on hold more than 64 minutes. Didn’t give us silverware as requested & on the receipt. We went back to get dinner that was left off, so then the other 4 dinners were cold by the time we all could eat together.
We ordered almost $100 in a to go order. One meal was missing. Tried calling them back several times, on hold for 64 minutes!! NO ONE EVER ANSWERED!! I’m down here every month and eat at OB Shrimp Basket every trip. Their service has steadily declined. I see Shrimp Basket recommended by many folks on OB Facebook pages. I’m DONE with Shrimp Basket. I DO NOT recommend.
