They have been servicing my pool solar for over ten years..
Phoned prior to arriving. Arrived when they said they would be here. Very thorough work. Made several suggestions on how we can improve our air conditioning. No heavy sales talk. Just the facts and choices. I am so pleased with his work ethics. Wish more service personnel were like him. Sierra Pacific should be very thankful they have him representing their company.

Very friendly people, both on the phone and in the field. All of the service technicians that I have dealt with; Carey, Adam or Kevin, are excellent in taking the time to explain to me what, if anything, was wrong, why it went wrong and what it will take to fix it. If I there was a rating, from 1 - 10, I would give Carey, Adam and Kevin and Sierra Pacific a full 10.

I just had my six month tuneup with technician Christopher M. performing a 29 point AC Tune Up. He spent a considerably amount of time and I was impressed that he thoroughly did his job by finding no safety issues and observed the equipment operating to manufacturer specs.

Have been using them as our HVAC and Pool solar company for a few years now and have nothing but good things to say. The staff is courteous and the service is always good. They explain the work and answer questions. Very respectful of the house and cleanliness and always clean up after themselves which is great.
