My appointment was at 9:00AM, was seen at 9:02AM by the receptionist who explained my current insurance benefits and pending charges and what procedures are too be done.This is how a business should operate, informing patients before the procedure is done instead of after it is finished. I was in the Dentist chair and being serviced at approximately 9:10AM.There were no suprises re: billing etc. after my appointment.
