The entire team at Signature smiles is wonderful. I have never had a negative encounter with anyone there. What a pleasant group. Dr Buen really is the best dentist in the world. I know I haven't visited every dentist in the world. It's just not possible for anyone to be better than her.
As usual, wait time was brief and I dealt with a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable office staff. The dental cleaning was thorough and well done by a very effective and professional hygienist. As always, Dr. Buen was warm, professional and very helpful. I am very happy with the dental care I receive at Signature Smiles and recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent dentist and terrific staff.
Of all the great things they do, customer service is the best. From the time you arrive, they make you feel right at home. I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes before they were ready for me. I have fallen in love with the treatment they provide. I look forward to my next appointment.
My kids and I both get our dental care from Signature Smiles. The front desk is super friendly and great to work with, the hygenists do a great job and are super caring. Dr. Iva always takes the time to explain what she is doing and shows you pictures of any issues you have. She is great. We recently moved out of Oak Park, but can't see a reason to change dentists!
I left the clinic with a smile and pain free.Staff are very helpful and polite.I did'nt wait at all.
Dr Buen is the best dentist. She not only thinks about my pain but my pocket by giving me options. Never a gilt trip for not flossing enough which is impossible!! The staff and office is always friendly and knows who I am. My wife now goes there and loves it as well.
