The Signature Smile team from Doctor to all her staff gave special attention to my needs and talked to me about every step or procedure they were doing. They were very gently and patient because I'm a kid and was somewhat afraid of what they might do to me. It was an overall great experience.
The front office staff is very friendly and accomodating. The hygenists are as well. Dr. Iva is great at communicating her assessment and courses of treatment. I have had great experiences at Signature Smiles
I'm never disappointed by Signature Smiles. My visits are always so very pleasant. The staff is upbeat and knowledgeable, always greeting me with smiles and remembering me from last time. The dental assistants are fun and do their job with great efficiency--allowing me to get in and out with a cleaning, fluoride treatment, xrays and an exam all in under an hour. And, they always spend time chatting as well as talking to me about my teeth. I leave feeling very informed on my oral health.
I was very impressed with my visit. The staff was very professional and took great care of my needs. They were very attentive to all details and extremely friendly and they were able to schedule my appointment very promptly. I am extremely satisfied with the careful work of Dr. Iva Arnaudova and her assistant and I would recommend the practice to anyone!
Hygienist was excellent and did a very good job. She completely knew what she was doing, was informative and very nice.
Great experience Dr Iva is the best, I appreciate her kindness and patience with me. Her support helps ease my fears. Her assistant Cesi displays the same wonderful qualities. Thanks to you both.
