Wonderful
Good value in Reno Although the room rate was quite good, everything else in the hotel was pretty expensive. The room was quiet and clean with a moden decor. The room was on the 25th floor but the elevators were remarkably fast and frequent. The self check in and check out were very convenient.

Long stay, but it was amazing I didn't like the confusion with the business centre parcel collection, but the girl at the business centre was fantastic. I wasn't to pleased about the price increase partway though my stay in the restaurants, and I guess I want to please with the request for water to be provided in my room on my 2nd day not being fill for my duration. I was confused about the lady I asked for the restroom as I was about to depart the hotel home, she was rather unhelpful but I guess it was because I was leaving... read more
