Great stay in Reno The floor I was staying on was a dedicated no smoking floor however the main corridors smelt of cigarette and weed smoke. Also, could do with more staff on reception, bar and casino floor. Found it hard getting a drink at the bar when only one person serving during happy hour and reception has an abundant of self service machines but only 2 members of staff to help. It was clean, spacious and plenty of things to do, eat and drink at the property.

We had a great time and will be back!! That the hot tub was t open. We had a great time. It’s centrally located

Orveral it was bice stay like the hotel style just toom was not sanitize like it should off but it was ok We found some area of room dirty It wa nice pretty hotel
