Accommodating caring and confortable. Not enough coffee cream or sugar. I loved the staff. They were helpful and compassionate. My visit was a result of my brother being placed in Saint Mary's PAM unit. I couldn't even walk the 2 blocks to the hospital so Valet called and helped me.

Very Good Reserved a king bed.6 months ago, was told at check in only 2 queens were available based on a first come first serve policy.

Wonderful No micro wave, and pool was dominated by screaming children who were not being disciplined by their parents OR staff. Comfortable, clean, no smoking was really no smoking

Overall a good place to stay Noise from arguing in hall. Kids un attended, noise from lower parking Location good, lot of noise on floor,air cooling could work better

Nice room & location but watch out for resort fees. The resort fees almost doubled the room price even though we did not use any of what the fees covered (pool, coffee maker, airport shuttle etc). Did not provide tea making options. Only provided 3 pillows on King bed. Casino/hotel lost power around 7.30pm for over 2 hours with no ability to get to our room (we're offered option to walk up 15 flights after 2 has of waiting, some people had more than 30 flights of stairs).
