Exceptional I loved everything! Three casino connected was amazing but we spent most of our time at the casino with our booking. You provided everything we needed! We will be back! Everything!

Best casino in Reno, great rooms Arrived early so had to pay for early check in, was either that or wait 3 hours. If the room is actually available why do I have to pay? First come first served seems fair to me, a bit greedy. Limited staff in the desks so despite barely anyone in line I must have waited at least 30 minutes to check in The room and view was fantastic, spotlessly clean, great facilities onsite and easily the best casino in Reno, the location was perfect too.

Good I didn't like the fact that it takes housekeeping a long time to get to your room when asked. I liked the Staff and how nice and polite they were woth us. Also very helpful.
