The resort is awesome the rooms /beds need help Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and we requested extra pillows we were only allowed 2. Not worth the $ as far as that goes I loved the location and the fact that it’s attached to other resorts.

Very Good Wait for elevator was long I guess two elevators didn't work. We had trouble with our keys for room and elevator. Sometimes it worked sometimes not. Finally fixed with managers help. Room was comfortable and big enough. Ck in and ck out easy. Parking no issue. Pool nice. Staff friendly.

Enjoyed our stay, and even with the issues we experienced, we felt that this hotel offere The bed, ice, and decaf coffee pods in the room. The room was very nice, and very clean. The bed was marginal. It sagged in the middle, front to back, not side to side. It was too soft as well. What most frustrated my wife and I was the ice machine on our floor didn’t work. The same was true of the machines on the floor above and below! We called the front desk. They didn’t offer and solutions. All they said was that the problem would b... read more
