We stay at the SL for the Wonens Bowling Tournament as it is very convenient to the Stadium. Need more restaurants. Lines were very long & wait time took awhile. I’m sure lack of personnel is a problem like it is everywhere. Clean & well maintained

Very Good bell service was bad room was nice

Good Luggages should have been easier to manage if there was anybody to help us as soon as the shuttle dropped us off. It's ridiculous no bellman around. We have to go to Valet, then assigned us to bellman . We got charged for early check in for our 2 rooms for just a couple of hrs. earlier. Good restaurants, excellent service.

Will be back. Love this place! I like to reheat my food so, it would be nice to have a microwave. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all very nice.

First time Reno visit More help is needed in the Cafe Central. I extremely dislike when dirty dishes are not removed from the table. Servers need to be coached on ‘not leaving a table empty handed’. I loved the lobby. It felt’old school’, which was great. Loved the look and feel of the casino. We ate at Cafe Central. Lloyd was exceptional.

Best property on The Row Occasionally noisy from other guests, no big deal. Very clean and comfortable. Love using the kiosks for checking in and out
