Different care after check-out We were given the wrong room number at check-in. We went to the room number (2975) only to find it still being cleaned by housekeeping. Had to return to lobby to verify. We were told it was 2957 🤦 I also forgot my work laptop, and I did not realize it until 3 hours into our drive home. I called the SL number several times; I was given various messages and directions. I filed an online claim for lost and found; praying my laptop is there upon doing a day trip to retrieve it tomorrow. The acces... read more
