Overall we had a fantastic time. Thank you Better ventilation for a smoke free environment in our room. Heavy smell of cigarettes in our smoke free room. A water bottle refill station would have been nice as well. Butterworths and Millies were both excellent

Beautiful room, good location Room wasn’t available at check-in time. We had an event to go to so we had to get ready in a friends room, then had to go back down to long check-in line once room was ready. Big inconvenience with parking/luggage being quite a distance. Expected an acknowledgment at least. Location was great

I recommend the Silver Legacy to anyone who wants to be in the heart of Reno. The elevator key was non-operational and smelled. The staff was very helpful and polite and the rooms were very clean and decent in size. The location of the hotel was centralized to other casinos and restaurants.
