Very Good It was a surprise to have the resort fee added into the room deposit. Your staff should let your guests know before they find out by checking their bank statement. This is misleading when it comes to over all price of the room. When I asked about this at check out the young man did not do a good job of answering and dealing with the questions and probably should have have referred us to a member of management. Beautiful stay at the silver legacy The room didn’t accommodate for a wheelchair when we specifically asked for a handy-cap room. And when we went to talk to customer service in person the employee was really rude to my handy cap friend Casino

Very Good Added fees after booking... really! $40 a day resort fee for a Keurig coffee machine that doesn't work? Just include it in the room rate instead of stealing it adding it to my account after I paid for the room. Cleanliness and location..easy check in and check out
