I played but didn’t win a thing. The service was better before new ownership. Too bad. I paid extra for a spa room. We had zero view. We also could not have a late checkout. We called as they said in the morning of. They would not give me a one hour late check out. It was a Monday morning. Like all the rooms needed to be serviced all at the exact same on Monday morning. I was not impressed with the coffee shop Cafe Central. The good and service was poor.

Very Good hotel key hard was not working 4 different times. since i’m not 21 they wouldn’t issue me a new key & i was locked out of the hotel room until our 21 year old got back from work clean
