Good Jacuzzi warm enough to bathe a baby. Shower at 5:30 A.M. : barely hot water, so not able to wash hair which was well overdue. Pool was great, clean room, had great time. Nice staff, and nice visitors for the most part.

Comfortable, quiet room with great view of mountains Bottled water, like the two we received at check in, being stocked in the room each day would have been nice - most hotels have complimentary water replaced in room each day. Easy check in/check out at desk. Courteous cleaning staff - respected our Do Not Disturb sign, and efficiently cleaned our room while we were out.

A good, reasonably priced place to stay in downtown Reno The view of the roof was not much to look at. Rooms was clean and the bed was good. The Keurig coffee machine in the room was a nice addition.

It was nice however midweek everything is closed which was disappointing. Booked spa room and spa facilities were all closed. Room was nice and clean.

We come to the Silver Legacy each year for bowling events. The past two years have had room problems Bed was VERY lumpy and pillows are way too “fluffy”. Although we appreciated the refrigerator and coffee maker in the room, there was no microwave! 🥴. For what we paid, that should have been a “standard” item. Front desk staff was nice. We had a problem with our room (again!) and they sent someone to repair it within an hour. Probably should check those things out BEFORE letting someone check into the room.
