Excellent, I plan to visit and stay at this location again. The food court was very good as well. I have no complaints other than our coffee maker stopped working. I reached out to your staff and had a knock on the door within the hour with another unit. Great service, thank you. Staff was very helpful, our room was clean and comfortable.
I would stay here again Not really a knock on the hotel but the casino and restaurants saying they’re understaffed is ridiculous in May 2024. You cannot still try and use staffing issues and Covid as an excuse. These Casinos are making so much money and they don’t even want to pay decent for employees. Good parking. They force you to use self check-in but that’s becoming the norm everywhere.
This was our third time here. It’s a great place to stay

Had a lot of fun . Will be back Since we came on Monday / Tuesday . Some of the restaurants were closed . Could not play Keno , either . In the center of Town . Close to the Ace’s baseball field .

sehr zufrieden Die Lage im Herzen von Reno war super. Von dort war alles schnell zu erreichen. Parken war kostenlos, und das Hotel bietet als eines von wenigen auch Raucherzimmer an :-)
