Very Good I didn't like the receptionist and the manager behind her when i check in, they would not accept a picture of my ID from my phone, i had no problem in two other hotels, circus circus and another one, the manager got all maniac and made the whole process very annoying

Very Good at the morning I didn't have hot water,so I have to call front desk to fix it, I like the room size, facilities.It was clean and fresh. I had an amazing view from my window. My room was on a 28th floor.

Overall a great stay. The only reason I gave it a 9 was the beds are very firm.
