Wonderful Confusion over check out procedure. A staff member came to my room as I was leaving and confirmed I would be checking out. I then used the key drop box when leaving. However, I was then charged for another night as I didn't actually check out at the front desk because I thought it was already taken care of. Convenience and variety of everything under one roof, including hotel rooms, restaurants, bars, shoppin. Easy access to parking,

It worked for the one night that we needed it :) The lack of directions to the parking garage Hotel was a bit of a shock at first but the rooms were clean and check in was fast and easy. You can pay $20 extra to check in early.
