Pleasant Reno. It’s a dump and dead town. No plans to revisit. Silver Legacy was as expected

It was fine I have travelled many times and I can truly say that Nadine at the reception desk was the most unwelcoming and rude individual I have ever encountered. This reflected poorly on your operations Beds were nice and comfortable and clean room

Other than the parking We enjoyed our stay. No bathtub in the higher level rooms. Parking garage was open to all and anyone coming to the hotel which made having to leave and come back difficult as we had to seek higher parking on higher levels. Friendly staff. Answered all our questions. We enjoyed the convenience of all 3 resorts being inter connected.

First time in Reno! The bed was terrible! No firmness at all. Sheets had minor holes, mattress is dirty! We both work in the hotel/casino industry in Las Vegas. Front desk manager was very helpful. Naoki Kescorpeso was incredibly helpful in making my stay more comfortable. It's also nice to have all the casinos connected.
