Not up to my expectations. Don't know if I would book again. The room was comfortable, and Laugh Factory was great. The Bar staff was great. The food was good. The household cleaning staff was excellent. The tv did not work and took over 3 hours to get help. Tried booking Laugh Factory online but the system would not accept payment and the website was very confusing. The box office person is very helpful and the show was great. It allowed me to check this final trip to Reno off my "Bucket List." The lack of clerks at the Registration Desk (self check-in only) felt unwelcoming. Spa was lovely. Ruth's Chris was delicious.
