Awesome!!! There is nothing to dislike about this property. As always Silver Legacy has out done themselves. The only place I well stay when visiting Reno.

Exceptional Check-in was very slow. There was a bowling championship going on. Parking was challenging. The slots are small. People were lingering by their vehicles preparing for their tournaments, causing a block in the flow of traffic ( not the facility's fault, but inconvenient). There were only 3 ladies handling the excessively long line at checkin. We tried using the self- check in, but it didn't work. At the time we arrived, there was no assistant available to help us. good Mattress was too soft for my taste. No decaf coffee. Construction noise on the roof below my room interrupted my sleep one afternoon. Clean room, nice view.

Superou nossa expectativa. Havia somente dois funcionários para fazer check in e o self check in, não funcionou comigo (não conseguiu identificar meu número de reserva ou sobrenome). Mas fora isso, sem outros comentários que possam denegrir. Conforto das camas e a limpeza. Quarto extremamente limpo. O silêncio do andar onde fiquei hospedado. Ausência de cheiro de cigarro e desodorizador de ambiente, comuns em cassinos.
