Had a good time. The location. We didn’t have a car and didn’t mind walking but lots of stecchy people right out there. We turned right back around a couple times. Sorry we didn’t have any idea what part of town we were in. My first time to Reno. Rep helped my sister and I get connected rooms and early check in even though we had to pay extra for it. We had to do it for my elderly sister. Other hotels have never charged us for early check in just saying. But she was very helpful and I appreciate her help. I cannot remember h... read more

very nice rooms. very good resteraunts. self check in Kiosk where not user friendly, but the front desk clerk helped that was great. Had a issue with room when checking in to the room it was not cleaned from previous people that stayed there the night before. went to front desk told them about the room the clerk gave us a upgrade room NO extra charge. that is great service. will stay there again. we stayed on the way to California and also on the way back to Wisconsin. great place to eat,have a couple drinks go shopping and ... read more
