21st birthday That the pool closed so early. We didn't get to enjoy it at all. Naoki was a wonderful agent. He helped us check in and made us feel at home. It was my daughter's 21st birthday and he made us feel like family. That's what matters. He was superb!

Very Good The pool was unusable because it was completely full of children. My only complaint about this place and it’s not even really their fault but it was a bummer.
