Wonderful Elevators didn’t work. 8 elevators in a bank only 2 running. Had to wait sometimes 20-30 minutes to get downstairs Location, quality of rooms, cleanliness

Enjoyed it and will return if we come back to Reno. Pool was small and seating was limited. Guest room was recently renovated and was very comfortable.

Great stay! A little confusion about where the hotel was when moving to other casinos in the Row. I think more signs he would be good. Location, cleanliness

Restful, relaxing atmosphere was found wherever we went. Nothing Cleanliness, can find anything quickly, friendly helpful staff.

Clean and convenient. Parking garage was a little dirty, but not too bad. Free parking was a bonus, location was easy to access and exit, and amenities were plentiful.
