very nice, just hard to find entrance! hard to find entrance, we drove around block about 5 times; only one person available to check us in. said they didn’t have a reservation for us and asked who we booked with. they said there were usually problems with booking.com. they found our reservation. it was under “Or”, as I list the name as Sally or Scott. could not get wheel chair past bed as desk was too wide to let it through. it was clean and inviting nice bathrooms design.

The trip was fine until it was time to actually get some sleep. Unfortunately we didn’t get much rest at night because o The staff didn't handle a problem we had with much empathy. Some HORRIBLE people played music so loud it sounded like a live band. This woke us up at 4am!!!!! I called the desk to complain. All the girl at the desk said was I will call security. The loud music continued well past 5:30 in the morning we did not sleep the rest of the night. We do not know if Security even ever addressed the problem. When com... read more

Loved the hotel! Very clean and great places to eat! The hotel was beautiful! Our room was very clean when we arrived. The staff was very friendly and prompt when we asked for more towels and an extra pillow. We LOVED the restaurant Cafe Central. Great food and is open 24 hours!
