Good The picture is the zucchini they served us. Who in the world would let that out of the kitchen? And, the waitress served it. Extremely disappointed. The eggs in my breakfast taco were fried to a crisp, literally. They were crunchy.

Good Check-in took over an hour due to the long lines, and only 2 people at the desk. Did have the self-check-in/out machines but it still took way too long. The hotel does not allow guests to use trolleys or anything to take bags to the rooms. I am disabled and asked to use one for my many bags and was told no but I could pay for a bellhop to do it. I asked how much it was and was told it depends on how much stuff I had. This made my mom, and friend upset so they took up all our stuff in several trips instead. The fridge in... read more

Very Good At check in..we were about 20 minutes early ..told we could check in early for an additional 25$…opted to wait..got crack in line …worked our way to counter at 5 minutes early…told the same thing! Fortunately only two people behind us ….finally got our room …but still had to pay other additional charges we were not expecting!!! Really?
