Customer for several years. Scheduling nightmare. Couldn't agree on an annual exam date. Told them I was going elsewhere...they didn't care whatsoever and said they would remove me from any future appointments without even trying to keep me as a customer. You would think the owner would intervene, but nothing. Moving entire family!
