Dr. Sim's is very professional, courteous, and caring about you and your teeth. He takes the time to explain what he will be doing and what to expect when he is finished. He is very knowledgeable about what he is doing. His staff is also very knowledgeable about their job and how to perform it with out any issues. The facility is very modern and well keep. I recommend him to everyone i know..
I had appointment for new crown. I am 73 yrs & have literally a mouth full of crowns. Dr Sim is the best dentist I've been to in all these years. 2 1/2 hrs in the chair & 3 hrs later no pain. He trimmed my gums surrounding my tooth & no pain. I'm thrilled to have found him!
Came in for cleaning and wisdom teeth problems. Dr. Sims was completely dismissive and never helped. Never addressed any of my other issues and just rushed to his next appointment. Will not be coming back
Customer for several years. Scheduling nightmare. Couldn't agree on an annual exam date. Told them I was going elsewhere...they didn't care whatsoever and said they would remove me from any future appointments without even trying to keep me as a customer. You would think the owner would intervene, but nothing. Moving entire family!
