Do not recommend. Front desk was rude, The doctor ( nurse practitioner ) was dismissive. Asked me if I had any questions/concerns, I did, she listened and then offered me no further advice or information. Had bloodwork, couldn’t access the patient portal called the office, leaving at least two messages and never received a call back. Will be looking for a new provider asap
I am pregnant, and I called to get an appointment And I never been in this practice before , there was a bill from 2018 which is I really did not know it’s from hospital they saw me and they are sent it to collections agency and they are not seeing me now because I have to pay to they scheduled me 🤦🏻♀️ And also not to pay by monthly plan pay full amount to they see you . It was my first time going for an appointment at this practice. It was very clean. All the staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I saw Dr. Bailey she was great. 10/10 would recommend.
Great office staff. The doc was a good listener, kind and very thorough
I just called to try and set up a new patient appointment… the receptionist was short with me and told me “they don’t do second opinions”… I needed a second opinion on my treatment plan for fibroids… have no idea why I was turned away but definitely not calling again
