i am very content with the services provided by SimonMed. They can always schedule me on dates that work with me and their staff is very kind and helpful.
I went to the SimonMed facility for a CT scan today and was denied service and was told I had to pay $212 to be seen. I explained to Ellie that my insurance card specifically says do not collect at time of service. She then said with attitude “Again I’m just telling you what the insurance says. So I told her well again I’m just telling you what insurance card says as well. She told me to have a nice day. I had a chest Xray on the 8th of Aug and nothing was collected then. The simonmed on 107th ave on McDowell Rd in Avondale that I went to there customer service in front office was not ver friendly and The technician that did the ct scan was very rough putting in the iv his name is Alex Araza you need more Spanish speaking technicians I’m sorry but they were not very professional I rather go to Banner Imaging

these guys have a screw loose. they are wanting everyone to wear a dumb mask again. I will never do it. I have a medical issue against them. they are discriminating. bad place

Lady doing my procedure was very not caring. Left me in a very cold room on my back with no blanket for 30 minutes all alone. Then at end told me to get dressed quickly and leave. As I was getting dressed she knocked and asked me if I was done. I said NO but she came in anyway. No privacy!! I was called in about 45 minutes after arriving. Very bad experience! Disrespectful and not carrying.

I was told X-rays would be read and to my dr within 1 - 2 days. I called them 4 days later and was told they would be read 2 days from then. 1 week later and still have not read them. Not good for possible broken bones. 😡😡😡

Had to wait over 30 minutes for my CT scan. A disturbance developed with a customer regarding a missing driver’s license that went on and on. BUT my tech, Alex, was great.
Never never make you appointment on a Sunday. First of all… you have people who don’t know how to verify insurance. They try to take payment when you don’t have a copay or deductible. They want to put a card on file just in case the insurance doesn’t pay. The truth of the matter is they don’t bill it right. Are you kidding I will never give them a card if they can’t even verify my insurance correctly. The receptionist called her supervisor and her supervisor doesn’t know about insurances.
