I had an appointment for a ct scan. Still had to wait 46 minutes. I hate this location. The only reason I came there was they are the only ones that could do the ct scan

I went to this location and waited over two hours for a chest x-ray. The receptionist was clueless. The tech forgot to call me and let me know he was ready for me to get the chest x-ray. The waiting room was full and not very socially distance. This place is ridiculous!

I was there yesterday for my wife to get an X-ray and MRI done. They did an X-ray and then asked her to wait for the next procedure. Well after 3 hours of her sitting there nothing had been done. She was never seen again by anyone. Others came and went and when I asked what time she would be seen I was told they were all backed up and they had no clue. Here it is after 5 pm and no one could explain why it was taking so long. The lack of client care is disgusting. Fix your system

Arrived at Avondale site to find it completely filled of people where you couldn’t be 6 ft apart. Could not even enter and would not have made it to counter to register. Biggest issue is that I could not enter with my Developmentally Delayed Daughter who the appointment was for. She wouldn’t have known what to do.

Wait times are ridiculous, even with an appt. I waited an hr. so annoying. go elsewhere

Worst experience ever. When attempting to get checked in at front desk she kept talking with other staff members and it took forever just to get signed in. There was no safety precautions taken by office with all the patients that were there. They continue to allow family members come in when it was not necessary. They didn’t care how close everyone was standing or sitting by each other. So much for social distancing. If if wasn’t for the fact I was there for medical reasons. I have been trying to schedule an MRI and an MRA for 3 days now. I was told that only one person within Simon Med can make these appointments for me. I tried to get ahold of her on Friday. I tried to get ahold of her on Monday. I called today and was told again that she is the ONLY person that can make these appointments. They told me they would transfer me to her voicemail so I could another message for a call back. Unbelievable! i would not recommend Simon Med to anyone.
