You discriminate against people who don’t have e-mail you only answer questions that you provide to make an appointment they call and put you on hold for the next available representative and then they inform you that they’re is a high level of calls and it will be awhile please hold as far as imagining goes top notch but you’re communication with the elderly is down right discretionary

Simonmed is an absolute joke. I have scheduled 2 separate appointments to get an MRI. Both times I received appointment confirmation emails and texts. I received multiple reminder emails and texts also. When I showed up I was told I didn't have an appointment....both times. I showed them my multiple confirmation and reminder emails but all they told me was that I can reschedule. At the 2nd appointment they tried to claim that someone called me and I said I wouldn't pay out of pocket. That is the exact opposite of what... read more
