CT tech rude, office cluttered and dirty. CT tech wore same gloves touching phone, doors etc. and even had holes in the gloves and then wanted to put IV in my arm. Thought I would give another try. Never again.

No way to schedule for X-ray it was very difficult to schedual my time in order to wait for hours , then then to go in early when opening at 7 to find out they schedule x rays until 8:30 and arrived at 8:25 and was told it’s an hour wait , crazy

I went to MULTIPLE Simonmed locations just for a simple X Ray and every place I went to either had a BROKEN-DOWN X Ray machine or they only did X Rays during certain hours. I finally ended up at Baywood Simonmed and they had an X Ray that worked. They said the wait is an hour and a half …TWO hours and a half later I got my X Ray. While waiting, numerous people came in also for X Rays from other Simonmed locations other then where I went to and they ALSO complained that X Ray machines WERE NOT WORKING AT THOSE LOCATIONS TO... read more

scheduling appointments. I called to schedule an appointment and they would not allow it. I went in the office and they said it would be at least 1 hour so I made an appointment for 1, they said I would get right in at 1. I came back at 1230 checked in and they called everyone first. I went to the desk after 1 hour and they said 2 people were ahead of me. the actual xrays only took 2 minutes. the waiting room was warm and the chairs were like sitting on cement.

I went to the Simonmed Imaging/ Baywood location. The front desk person was very nice, and I was called back quickly. Unfortunately, the X-ray technologist was not friendly whatsoever. He was very abrupt with his instruction on how he needed me positioned for my X-rays, and at one point he was very rude. I was there having my ankle imaged due pain and swelling, not from any injury. First I had an appointment for my back, MRI they waited till the last minute to tell me that they couldn’t do my MRI on my back because I need to open MRII said they get back to me never did. Then I have an appointment for a CAT scan and x-ray or two CAT scans and get a call on Friday child reminding me on Monday for my appointment know when I arrive and staying away in the way to find out that they don’t have me down for a CAT scan on my stomach yet will call to verify the appointment on Friday I got a reminder call Monday ... read more

SimonMed has become a joke. Get a call to schedule a MRI from SimonMed. Tried calling the next day and was unable to reach someone by phone. Figure OK, they are busy. I see that you can schedule online. Surprised that have a late night appointment. So I schedule it. Get all the confirmation emails and texts. Fill out all the paperwork and check in online like it asks. Get a confirmation text about 2 hours before appointment time. Get there follow the link to let them know I am there and walk in.
