I had a terrible time with SimonMed. They kept sending me from place to place over a 4 day period only to find out they couldn’t do my long leg X-ray. On the 4th attempt they did do my Visionare MRI but I ended up having to go back to my surgeon for the X-ray. I will never go to SimonMed again and recommend no one else go there either!!!

Was scheduled for an ultrasound via their centralized scheduling. I received no instructions, other than arrive early to complete paperwork. I arrived early, the only paperwork was a four-question COVID screening. Patients continued to come in after me. All were taken back before me. When settling into the room for my test, the young lady asked if I had consumed any food and/or drink. I confirmed that I had. She then ripped into me for not fasting. I arrived on time and had to wait for long over an hour.. i asked several times how long the wait would be as I would have liked to wait outside. Never was I given an answer that would lead me to believe I had an hour wait. The establishment did not abide by Covid 19 rules. Chairs were certainly not 10 feet apart and, at times, there were more than 10 people in the room. There was never less than 10. One person was even allowed in without a mask. I was very uncomfortable there and next time will go elsewhere.

Check my chart. 3 appmts to get ultrasound of the armpit. First 2 times tech thought she needed more info and sent me away. 3rd time was a charm. Tech realized she could follow the order and if needed more could do so after the appmt. Test was negative, and after6 weeks I was finally done. Your training can’t be consistent. The 1st 2 techs could have done the same thing as the 3rd.
