The service was wonderful. I only had to wait about 10 minutes for an x-ray. I didn’t even need an appointment!

the staff at the Buckeye AZ location are absolutely wonderful. the entire marketing department needs to be fired, the systems wiped clean and processes reinvented. As a retired marketing professional i know they have the systems in place to be a service to customers not an impediment. I received texts, automated phone calls and emails to schedule a follow up mammogram and ultrasound. Asking clients (who have health issues) to stand in line for over 10 minutes is not acceptable. Call them up from their chairs. I stood behind frail people resting on canes. No cups for the water station!!
Flagstaff Arizona office sucks! Needed an X-ray. Called my insurance they sent me here. Both website and phone said just walk in and open hours are 8-4. Not true! Showed up mid morning to be told only do X-rays from 2:30-3:45. Came back at 2 and now 6th in line waiting. Was told no appointments would be taken, couldn’t be put on a waiting list. They don’t value their customers time at all. Do not recommend this place at all!

I have called this place 3 times and have been disconnected. I was told they would call me back to schedule but have not heard a peep from them. I can’t imagine how anyone can do business like this! I asked for a supervisor and the same gal disconnected me twice. Just how??!!

Have tried to get my payment back for 5 months now. They charge upfront even when insurance covers then won't refund. Found out this has been going on for years with many complaints. When is someone going to expose this scam? I can't believe they're still in business.

I’m having quite a year with new health issues & have been to Simon Med at Biltmore over 20 times. All except one appt was fine The Mammogram two days ago was a bad really unnecessarily awful thing…& I’ll go elsewhere for a Mammogram in future. (We women deserve a high tech solution to the classic procedure; however, sensitivity btwn a tech & a patient would prevent pain!)

The tech her name was Kim, was very impersonal, not interested at all when I tried to explain to her my condition and the pain that I was in. I was trying to tell her it would be very difficult for me to lay completely still on my back for extended period of time. due to the fact that I have three bulging discs in my back which cause severe sciatic pain in my left leg. she just seemed very impersonal and showed no compassion towards my condition. not sure if it's her personality or if she's just a little desensitized.
