Horrible customer service ! Store fronts are ok but phone customer service sucks !
RecommendedI wasn’t happy that it took nine months to get my imaging to my doctor and the I go back for a second scan and waited for almost an hour and a half, the waiting room emptied out twice and yes I asked them three times did they forget me, I’m not a happy camper today
Long wait and lost appointments. Then rescheduled appointment again. I was there from 12:30-4:00 for a mammogram And ultrasound. Avondale location was much faster.
was told walk-ins are okay, desk staff cops an attitude when I say I dont have an appt. was told there is a 45 min wait, which was acceptable. 45 minutes turns to 3 hours. all the while staff from the back office come up to chit-chat with the front people, giving the appearance of they dont care we are waiting while they goof off. not sure why management didn't either schedule/ hire more techs, or why they still encourage walk ins. Arrived early and did not receive Mano gram until 30 minutes past appt time. Waited an additional 1 hour 30 minutes for bone scan tech to come to work. Was told I could wait another hour for the technician to arrive!! Horrible customer service!!!!! In the future I will have these tests in Wyoming where the medical professionals are PROFESSIONALS!!! Perhaps if your company would treat their employees better, clients would receive better care!!’
3-6/2023 I went in for 2 xrays - it took over 2 hours when I was told 45 mins to an hour wait. Front desk girl on the right couldn't find both of my xray orders, told me to sit down. I called SimonMed scheduling - yes they see both of my orders - I insisted this front desk girl check again and "oh here it is". Why didn't you see it? Oh theres sooo many pages to look through. Understaffed, with an incompetent medical billing department. Charges more to pay out of pocket as a copay ($156) as it is to pay cash ($140). Their inability to do basic medical billing, and cannot tell the difference between an international plan and a US plan prevented a patient from receiving a necessary medical test, after already delaying it for a week. Hope their malpractice insurance is paid up.
place is a joke, made an appt at 4:55 called me at 3:45 told me I had to be there before 4 or they couldn't do my x-rays. kinda funny since x-rays are walk in. total crap
Scheduling is a nightmare and I waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before being taken in for an MRI.
