Monday I spent 6 hours waiting to get an X-ray. Checked in just after 10 and was told it was a busy day and they were expecting up to a four hour wait. I asked if I could make an appointment for a later day, and was told they don’t make appointments for X-rays. So I was double masked and found a spot in the corner to read. Buckeye location is a nightmare. Not the first time I’ve had scheduling problems getting through to make appointments over the phone. I had to physically drive over to the location to schedule. Even that was discouraging.

Got an x-ray at 9am Friday morning. Radiologist still hasn’t written his report so the doctors can let me know what is wrong. Now it’s the weekend and won’t hear anything back until at least Monday. Pretty frustrating and ridiculous.

Worse service ever, on top of the technician being super insensitive she was also rude. She ignored when was told pain was being caused, she could have cared less, i will definitely spread word on how horrible the procedure went because of her. On top of getting mistreated, she left several bruises and brushed it off like it was nothing after knowing she caused pain. NEVER will I ever recommend this location nor go back. Her name is AMANDA H. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO HER.

I went in for a mammogram and an ultrasound as my dr felt some lumps in my breast. After the ultrasound the tech said the radiologist (without me asking anything) said that he didnt see anything and neither did she so I have no lumps and I have nothing to worry about. Being 28 that was amazing and I didnt feel nervous but then I get a call from my Dr. they were referring me to a breast surgeon. Needless to say not only did I have breast lumps I had 4 big ones.
