The check in phone system is good but expect to check in in person to verify your ID and Insurance benefit. The office staff was calm and efficient and the X-ray tech was very pleasant as always. highly reccommend Simon Med Imaging.
I recently had to go to Simon med a couple of times for a scary situation. They were wonderful, compassionate and very sensitive to my situation. I would recommend that anybody go there. They have been a Godsend to me.

MRI process itself was good, the Tech was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. However the on- line check process was tedious, very redundant ( asked several questions many times which required a half page of redundant responses), and, once I arrived, they couldn’t locate all the digital pages. Someone at SimonMed needs to review the on-line patient portal and remove (or link) all the redundant questions.
