Simon Med is a busy office, but most of the staff & technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable, & seemed personable in communicating with their patients.

After doing paperwork and signing online I arrived 15 minutes early per their request. Was not seen til an hour after appointment time! And I was not the only person in the waiting room put through this. SimonMed needs to re-examine how it does scheduling. Utter disrespect of patients to have us wait so long! This isn’t an emergency room where they must do triage to take in the most life threatening cases. This isn’t a situation where every patient takes an unpredictable amount of time. I had an 8 AM appointment this past Saturday. It was requested that I arrive at 7:45 AM, which I did. At 8:30 AM, the people in the waiting room were told that the x-ray technician was 15 minutes away. After that 15 minutes was up, and I still wasn’t called, my husband inquired about how long it would be. He was then told that the x-ray technician would not be arriving for at least another hour. Customer service is unpleasant. I had to run around to 4 clinic’s because each one had an excuse of either low on x-ray techs or tech couldn’t perform the x-ray my daughter needed. Each clinic had a different excuse. The front staff don’t ever look happy to check you in.

I had an 8 o’clock appointment and they said to get there 15 minutes early. I arrive 15 minutes early with four people in line in front of me. I had checked in on my phone, but I still waited in line to make sure that they had everything after checking in it was like 805. I did not get in till 855 so I don’t understand why we have an 8 o’clock appointment and have to wait that long if I would’ve known that I would’ve made an earlier appointment because I had other appointments I had to go to. It's 5/31/23 and I'm still waiting for a refund for double payment made on 10/6/22 svc. Excuse after excuse, SimonMed rec'd double payment and has kept the money. Supervisors never call back, customer call center people insist they will but they don't, insist they need to escalate to refund "back end" team. Way beyond reasonable expectation to receive a refund of a credit on an account. Shame on you SimonMed.

Went to work for them was discriminated against for my age and disability, no one from HR even contacted me. That should say it all, to everyone.
