I originally had an appointment scheduled for 8 AM. Got to the location went to sign and come to find out it had been canceled and I was not contacted to let me know. I got rescheduled for 11:30 AM went back checked in had my rest done. Technician was extremely professional I just recommend that your scheduling team be a little more professional

The tech Adam who did my ultrasound was amazing, what a personality and bedside manner, such a kind and caring person, give that man a raise!!! Checkin was quick, my only issue was scheduling, it took almost a month and a lot of back and forth on the phone, part of that was someone was out sick for a week and my voice mails were left unanswered.

Front office staff very nice. The ladies in the were extremely caring, kind, professional and funny. Tried to keep me as comfortable as possible. Technician explained everything she was going to do. When the Dr. (Reid) ??came in he bent down so we were face to face. He explained everything the would be doing. I was very nervous about this procedure, but they all make me as comfortable as possible and explained what was being done step by step. I had a procedure on 2/1/22. Justin and Andrew were wonderful! They welcomed me, explained everything that was going to happen and repeated instructions as needed. Procedure was done in a timely fashion. I received a call the evening before with information on arrival time and pre-procedure instructions. Both of the people that I spoke to, to make this appointment, were friendly and gave quick and correct information.

My ultrasound went fine. The young man was polite and respectful. They were running late and the waiting room was packed. HUGE NEGATIVE WAS ROADWORK. THE ENTRANCE WAS BLOCKED OFF WITH BARRIERS AND I HAD THE GO AROUND THE BLOCK 3 times in order to get in the parking lot.

I was at 3rd st location in Phoenix. Best imaging experience ever. I hate ivs. I usually get poked multiple times and it's painful. The gentleman administering my brain mri, did test, when got to end he inserted it to do contrast. I was not jabbed an hr before test. He quickly removed before I even set up. I Never Felt A Thing. Going in or removing. Medical staff lose sight that these things hurt patients. I would like to have my nurse do all my blood draws and ivs. It helps my overall attitude. 5 stars!!!!!!
