RecommendedFirst time there for a mammogram. Nice staff. In and out quick. Only issue I had and I’ve had this other places also was plug in air fresheners in the building. I have severe lung issues and that makes for a great experience to turn into a stressful one when you already are stressing to breath normal.

Have been to the Clermont location twice now. Both times there has been an additionally long wait to my appointed time for an MRI. once I did get back to the area for the MRI to be completed the tech was extremely rude during the procedure and not comforting. Wasn’t able to get the most recent once finished due to complications and when I asked for a short break I was denied. I walked out of there in extreme pain and in tears. Rant! SimonMed Imaging soooo terrible. What a poorly run “almost dangerous” facility! Mistake last Friday was huge! Because of their horrible error they were going to see me tonight at 6pm. Scheduled my appointment! And then didn’t cover that appointment. Ugh! What a mess. These tests are very important to me, and it’s “what they do” but they sure couldn’t figure out how to do an MRI, and CT with and without contrast! They gave me contrast first. Lol one star review.

RecommendedI had an appointment on 4/12/23 and was called on the morning of 4/11/23 to confirm, I confirmed my appointment and was told they had an appointment at 1:00pm that day could I make it no problem I arrive 15 min early as requested completed my payment, waited till 2:20pm and finally went to desk to ask what was taking so long? They told me they were running behind ok I understand that but don’t tell me you have an appointment opening when you obviously don’t. I will not change appointments to suit them again! Was not impressed. Got there at 1:45pm for my 2pm appt. as requested. At 2:15pm, I was asked if I had filled out my paperwork. I replied that I filled it out online. Due to some office equipment failure, I was told to fill it out again. I’m getting a little frustrated at this point, but it’s the end of the year and nothing to get into a twist over. I’m escorted to, what appears to be, a blood drawing room and sit down. A man walks in, says nothing, and starts putting a torniquete on my arm. I ask him, “so what are we doing?”... read more
