My appt was at 9 am. I’m still here. And is 9:31 am. Every person after me they are done and I’m still here. I just heard laughing back there. So why they give you a time for your appt and Ella you you need to be there 1 hour before if they are not going to call you at your appt time!!!! This happens a lot here. Again I’m still in the waiting room

Got there at list 12 minutes before my appointment and I waited another 26 minutes before I was call in for simple X-ray the staff members were friendly.

They will overcharge you and fight with you to get your money refunded back. Two months later I'm still having trouble getting them to refund me over $500 in overcharges. My insurance company has even called them directly to give me my refund but they still have to do it. UPDATE: Still no refund. They are on excuse #10 now. My insurance has called them 5 times more and given them my Explanation of Benifits PROVING they overcharged me $530!!! Even spoke to someone from their regional office but still nothing!! Scheduled an appointment for a cat scan today. Took the day off of work and drove an hour and a half. I was told to be there 30 minutes prior to my appointment. I got there 50 minutes prior to my appointment. The lady behind the desk says, "the person doing your appointment is going on lunch. You'll have to wait until 1pm."

When I finished my scan, I was very dizzy and my nurse told me to go to the right and the lockers would be there but I couldn't quite walk or know where I was going and I made a wrong turn and I heard her laugh at me. The customer service should be more nicer.

La peor de las experiencias con mi niño de dos años, la primera vez que le hacen X-ray y la que lo atendió una inepta total, poco profesional y torpe por no decir otra cosa. Horrible lugar y servicio! A..... aprende a tratar a los pacientes o retírate porque no es tu lugar de trabajo.

Had to make a second appointment because No one told me restrictions before a dexa Scan. Very inconvenient and frankly not happy with the CS.

I think the staff at Clermont Fl is under staffed. I waited 2 hours yesterday and although the girl at the front desk was doing her best it was not enough to handle all the people that were there. Also I have to go back today to pick up my requested cd disk of my cat scan. Two trips is not something I feel I should have to do. I’m thinkinking I should find another imaging place
