RecommendedMy appointment was at 8am, as instructed, I arrived 15 min early, I did-door was locked, so I was conversing w someone in lobby until they opened, apparently door was quietly unlocked from inside and wasn’t informed office was opened until I saw a crack between door. The receptionist wasn’t friendly. The imaging staff I was assigned to me needs to learn empathy and not make one feel rushed like you’re just a number; especially since I arrived early.

I was left alone in an uncomfortable position (my arms over my head) while the technician disappeared. No explanation was given, and my shoulders hurt for days. This was after waiting almost an hour to be called back for my scan.
I made an appointment per the website to have an X-ray done. I didn’t realize they were done on a walk in basis since it allowed me to make an actual appointment. I took off work and showed up early to my appointment - before 5pm when the office closes. I also received messages about my appointment; confirming it, telling me to check in when I got there, etc. I arrived and the doors were locked (before 5pm) and no one was there. They canceled my first appointment because the tech didn’t show up. The second appointment I waited one hour and 15 minutes. In a waiting room with 14 other people .
First of all. The customer service representatives are terrible. You have to spell from A to Z for them. They are just annoying. I called for an appointment, it took 20 minutes to explain and spell each details to them. ( I called several times, no success ) Still couldn't made that appointment. Another thing, I would say if you don't have insurance, don't go there. Sky high prices .

NEVER ADVISED OF EXTENDED WAIT. ARRIVED 15 MIN BEFORE I WAS TOLD TO BE THERE. VISIT TOOK 2 HOURS AND 20 MINUTES FOR MRI OF MY ARM. USELESS FRONT DESK. COULD NOT HAVE CARED LESS. ONCE I ASKED WHY ARE YOU OVER BOOKED SHE REFUSED TO ANSWER. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN
porque no me gusta!, simple el servicio de hacer citas por teléfono no sirve es obsoleto, te dan una hora y salen con otra y por 10 minutos no te atienden. Gracias ya conseguí un mejor servicio y con expertos de verdad que brindan una excelente ayuda en todo 😉
