I have always had good to great experiences at this office. The biggest, most exasperating thing I’ve dealt with is having this place bill my procedures properly. No matter how many times I tell them that my x-rays, MRIs and/or CT scans are supposed to be billed to Worker’s Comp - from the time I schedule my appointment, to checking in, to checking out, I always receive a bill in the mail from them for anywhere between a couple hundred dollars to $1,500+ (which, by the way, is illegal for them to do - send a Worker’s Comp ... read more

Friendly, helpful staff. However SimonMed’s internal procedures should provide opportunity for online completion of all registration documents prior to appointment. Therefore 5 star rating becomes 2 stars because of that inefficiency.
SimonMed claims mammograms are $99 for Breast Cancer Awareness month for October 1-31, 2024. Just got my mammogram in Daly City, NorCal— they would not honor this posting. Only those who live everywhere other than Northern California will pay the $99– I had to pay $199. NO WHERE was this stated in advertisement.
