Worst customer service. 1st time I showed up and machine wasn’t working. Rather than call me they wasted my time. Second time, I had confirmation of my appt and receptionist said I had no appt. Her name is Arianna in Redwood city CA clinic and she could care less that I had a confirmation. Do not go to these clinics.

I had an appointment at Daly City at 8:00pm. It was very difficult to get into the building and there seemed a lot of confusion in what to do. The MRI machine was very old and I didn’t have a lot confidence that it would take an accurate picture. I would not go to SimonMed at Daly City again.

Went on a Saturday to the Daly City office, front office staff was on her personal phone on speaker the entire time of my visit! Horrible customer service! Then she had the nerve to ask for a copay, since she was so busy on her call she didn’t scan my insurance cards - I have dual coverage- so there is no copay but of course she was too busy talking about her after work plans that she failed to see that! Went to have my appointment early but still waited 40 minutes for my MRI.. too Many people waiting .. Mostly drop in.

Terrible service online, by phone and in person in SF. Facilities filled with demoralized employees. Additionally technician quit so had to reschedule in Daly city; same experience. Waited 1.25 hours for appointment.

My appointment was at 4:15pm I did not mind it because the people who man the desk are overly respectful and nice . After more than 2 hours wait , the lady gave me a blanket to keep me warm at the dressing room. It was finally my turn , the rude technician was rough with me. I’m elderly but he never lift a finger to help me up the table. While I was still getting up , he raised the table at the same time , that I lost my balance and hit my head on that hard pillow-like thing . I had a Mammogram done in April and was told that they found something and need to redo the mammogram on my left breast and do Ultrasound. I made another appointment for May 11th the night before my appointment I got a message from SimonMed and they canceled it due not have a technician available. I rescheduled for June 8th and guess what the same thing happened it was canceled again the night before. I reschedule it again and was told that this would not happen again. Completely Incompetent and totally uncaring. You have a better chance of dying then of getting quality care from SimonMed Imaging. Avoid these people like the plague
