Refused to give me a mri because of metal removed from my eye 30yrs ago I will never try to use them again
Was not a pleasant experience from start to finish. While I was in and out quickly, everything felt so rushed and and not very professional. From waiting on hold for so long each time, to having my last name called out loud in the waiting room, To waiting 5 days for results. Not happy with this experience. appointment time 11:15 arrived at 11. clerk said they were running behind and it would be noon before they could see me. 12:10 and still waiting. lady at the front desk snappy and rude. will not be coming back here.
It took me 5 days to get thru to someone who could schedule an appointment although my dr sent in the order -I then decided to do it online, filled out the form and sent it on with all my info. When I finally got thru t someone, I had to give her all the same info again even though I told her that they should have it. RecommendedAs usual, I had a positive experience once I was there but I had an appt setup for 10:30am and got a call at 830am saying they were still waiting on info from insurance so they canceled my appt without even talking to me. I called back because this MRI was approved a couple months ago and I had not made the appt because of the Covid issues, but now they don't have the approval? This SimondMed is the most INCOMPETENCE Imaging place I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Had to stand on my head to get an appointment. Got to the place to be told they could not do my ultrasound. Now mind you. I no longer have a car and have to schedule a ride with the crap shoot which is paratransit.
