RecommendedI loved Ingrid!!! Even with Diazepam, I was so uncomfortable and resistant trying the enclosed 3T machine, again. After I asked allllll the questions, she stayed patient and suggested “a dry run to see how it goes.” I loved that she also said, “But if you’re ok we’re gonna go for it, I’m not going to pull you back out.” WE! For whatever reason “we” mattered. And her needle work for the contrast??? So smooth! I felt nothing! I’m not doing this again without her!

Unfortunately it is a hassle registering your. Information online as it kept erasing my information when I was nearly done. I had to do it 3 times. They have all my information from previous visits. There should be a fast track where you check if everything is the same as the last visit & only make changes as needed. I was told to get there early and they didn’t have anyone at the front desk. I didn’t get my procedure completed until over an hour of waiting and the I was 2nd in line. The $800 fee for my MRI was too expensiv... read more

Couldn’t have been better. Had a 10;00 a.m. appointment arrived five minutes prior and was taken back for my MRI at 10:00 and was out the door at 10:20. The front desk and the techs were awesome.
